What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to fulfil your order and provide you with updates on new products and news by the Company that you may be interested in based on your previous order. Only information relevant to your order is obtained.
Other reasons for information collection are:
- Internal record keeping.
- Follow ups and testimonial requests.
Please note that a sample of your invitations/on the day stationery/branding will be kept on file for photographing, portfolio and marketing purposes. This includes using them on social media, on our website, in sample packs, for display at wedding fairs and artisan markets and similar events.
We will never use any documents or samples which show your home address or any guest addresses.

How long we will keep the information we gather
Your information and data will be deleted by the Company for 90 days after the final job completes. This includes any address, guest lists and wording for your stationery and your Dubsado account. All emails will be deleted within 12 months of completion of the job.
Invoices will be kept for 7 years as per tax regulations.
As previously mentioned, samples of your invitations will be kept on file as copyright of Oh My Pen & Press and used in marketing and at wedding fairs and events.
